With two decades of experience working in business and media in Japan, I've developed a distinct combination of creativity, communication skills, and cross-cultural expertise. My roles as co-founder of Ryozan Park, a community offering shared work and living solutions, and Kosodate Village, a nonprofit for empowering young women and LGBTQIA+, enabled me to hone skills in building relationships across various industries.

I conduct workshops designed to enhance team building and communication within the workplace. These include "The Likeability Advantage," which focuses on networking strategies; "Amplifying Empathy," aimed at preparing emloyees for corporate DEI training; and "Your Hidden Resume," which emphasises the recognition of overlooked skills and experiences.

Additionally, I lead poetry and creative writing workshops to foster self-expression and improve intra-team communication.

Most recently, the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BCCJ) commissioned me to pen a poem for their 75th anniversary. This journey, from crafting the poem to recording its narration, collaborating with the art director on the video storyboard, and presenting it before the ambassador at the 2023 British Business Awards, was a thoroughly enriching experience.
